Dandelion Mix

1 large handful of dandelion, 2 eggs, half a carrot, 1 small pleurotus eryngii, and half a green onion.

Wash the dandelion, and soak it in water for a while to remove the bitter taste.

Control dry and cut into sections.

Beat the eggs and fry them into cakes.
