Dandelion Stew

Wash the pork, soak in bleeding water, and set aside.

Prepare dandelions.

Add water to the pot and stew the pork.
4.
Wash the dandelion and make a knot.

After the meat is softened, add dandelions and continue to stew.

Don't cover the pot and stew the dandelion.
7.
After fifteen minutes, turn off the heat.

Put it into the soup cup and add some salt.

Tips:
The dandelion stew soup I made for two people, such as Liangtang stew, first wash the dandelion, blanch the water and then stew the soup to remove the nitrite.
