Daylily Noodles (treatment of Fresh Yellow Flowers)

Remove the stamens in the middle of fresh day lily.

Tips:
The colchicine in fresh day lily is easily soluble in water, and we can treat it according to its characteristics when eating. A few hours before eating, soak the fresh daylily in cold water for more than 2 hours, and it is better to change the water in the middle; or blanch it with boiling water and soak it in cold water for 2 hours, so that it will not cause poisoning.
