Daylily Roast Chicken

Soak the dried day lily in advance and wash it for later use.

After the rooster block is blanched, wash off the floating powder and remove the water to drain.

Pour oil in the pan and stir-fry the ginger slices until fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry for a while.
5.
Add green onions and peanuts to smoke dark soy sauce for color.
6.
Add some warm water and cook until the chicken is cooked.
7.
Add day lily and cook and season with pepper, chicken essence, and salt.
8.
Serve ready to serve.
