Delicious Egg Dumplings

Prepare a piece of pork mince.

Mix the soy sauce, cooking wine, green onion and salt.

Prepare a pan for oiling.

Pour in a small spoonful of egg liquid and put the pork in it.

Tips:
If you don’t have an egg dumpling pot, you can use a large spoon instead.
