Delicious Fried Tofu

Cut the tofu into four cubes.

Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, light soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, minced ginger, chopped green onion, and sesame oil to the ground meat. Stir well and set aside.

Dig holes in the tofu with a small spoon, and sprinkle with salt and cornstarch.

Stuff the ground meat into the tofu.

Add oil to the frying pan and add the tofu cubes.

Fry on both sides, ready to serve.
Tips:
The tofu cubes are old and fragrant. You can also fry the tofu cubes, boil the broth to thicken the tofu, and sprinkle it with chopped green onion.
