Delicious Potato Cakes

Peel and shred potatoes, rinse with water to remove starch, remove for drying, and add shredded green onions.

Add an egg and stir well.

Add flour and mix well.

Heat the pan with less oil, and spread half of the pan into cakes.
6.
Fry on both sides until golden brown, out of the pan.
7.
Add minced black pepper and tomato sauce to your taste, and you're done.
