Delicious Roast Chicken

Wash the chicken and soak out the blood.

Prepare potatoes carrots onions.
3.
Three yellow chickens remove the chicken feet and chicken heads.

Take a large bowl, add oyster sauce light soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, green onion and ginger.

Put the chicken in and spread the sauce on the chicken body by hand.

Wrap it in a food bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Cut the washed potatoes, carrots and onions into pieces, put them in a baking dish, add salt, black pepper and oil and stir well.

Put the marinated chicken on top of the potatoes, carrots and onions in the roasting pan. Fill the chicken with potatoes, carrots and onions.

Seal the mouth with a toothpick.

Lay the remaining potatoes, carrots and onions under the chicken body, and wrap the tip of the chicken wings with tin foil. So as not to burn.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put it in the baking tray.

Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Turn it over and bake for another 30 minutes.
Tips:
Do not cut potatoes, carrots and onions too large, as they are not easy to bake. The marinade sauce can be replaced with barbecue sauce. The baking time is adjusted according to your own oven temperature.
