Delicious Salted Fish Porridge
1.
Rinse a proper amount of rice and put it in a casserole to cook the porridge.
2.
Shred the lean meat, thinly sliced salted fish and tomato.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and spread the salted fish on the bottom of the pan for frying.
4.
Fry until golden on one side and turn it over until golden on both sides.
5.
Pour the lean meat into the pot after the porridge in the casserole boils and blooms.
6.
Pour the fried salted fish into the pot, cover the lid and continue to cook until the rice is cooked.
7.
Add the chopped green onion to a boil, cover and simmer for a while.
Tips:
The salted fish itself is salty, so there is no need to season it with salt.
Add the chopped green onion to remove the heat, and use the remaining temperature of the casserole and porridge to simmer the chopped green onion.
