Delicious Veggie Radish

Peel the white radish and cut into pieces with a hob.

Put the oil in the pot and heat it up. I use the lard made by myself and the radish is very fragrant.

Put the white radish cubes in the pan and stir fry for a while.

Add the right amount of boiling water, less than half of the radish is better.

Add star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves and cook together.

Pour in some light soy sauce to taste. The Chiwa brewed light soy sauce I used tastes very good.

Add some salt to taste.

Bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for about ten minutes, then add small shrimps.

When the soup is almost dry, add chopped green onion and mix well.
