Diced Beef with Bean Flavor

Edamame and potatoes, diced and set aside

Wash the beef and dice, use a little light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to marinate for 10 minutes to taste

Blanch the edamame and diced potatoes in boiling water until they are ripe, then drain them for later use (Put appropriate amount of salt in the water)

Tips:
There is no need to add salt to this dish, because the ingredients have been marinated and are already delicious; the process of frying should be quick, too long the beef will easily get old
