Diced Meat, Carrot and Potato Rice

Materials needed: Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into cubes, and cut the meat into cubes.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoons of starch and appropriate amount of soy sauce to the diced meat, mix well and set aside.

Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add chili or add curry powder. Potatoes and radishes can also be fried directly with the meat, but the cooking time is longer, and the meat will become old. So I choose to blanch in advance to half-cooked.
