Diced Potatoes with Fungus

1. Wash the fungus with boiling water in advance to remove the handle.

2. Finely chop the fungus.

3. Peel the potatoes, dice them, and soak them in water for a while.

4. Heat oil, wipe the diced potatoes dry as much as possible, and fry them.

5. Pour the fungus, add a little water and salt to taste.

Tips:

Soak the potatoes for a while before cooking, so that the starch will be soaked and will not stick together when they are fried.
Add a little water to shorten the time for the ingredients to mature.
