Dipping Tofu in A Pot

After the tofu is rinsed, cut into pieces and drain the water;

Pour a proper amount of oil into the hot pan to heat up, put the drained tofu into the pan, and fry the tofu on low heat;

After frying on one side, turn it over and fry on the other side until it is cooked through;

Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, and chop;

Wash the Erjingtiao and chop finely; if there is spicy millet, you can cut some spicy millet in it;

Take a small bowl, add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, cooked chili pepper, salt, chicken essence, green onion ginger garlic, minced wattle, pepper powder, white sugar and mix well;

Put the fried tofu on the plate and put the seasoning on top. When eating, use chopsticks to hold the tofu and dip it in water.
