Diy Pea Jelly
1.
Pea flour.
2.
Take 1 cup of pea flour, 1 cup of water and mix thoroughly.
3.
Pour 5 cups of water into the boiling pot. When the water is boiling, slowly pour in the adjusted thin paste, and stir with a rolling pin while pouring.
4.
Stir while simmering on low heat for about 10 minutes, being careful not to muddy the bottom.
5.
Take a large clean bowl, brush a thin layer of cooking oil evenly on the bottom and the periphery (to facilitate the pour out of the jelly), pour the cooked powder into the bowl and leave it at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Don't put it in the refrigerator! Can be buckled with a vegetable basket, don't stamp it! The weather is too hot to put air-conditioned rooms.
6.
After 6 hours, the jelly was completely set. 1 tael of peanuts is fried, peeled and crushed on a low fire; or a little sesame seeds are fried on a low fire.
7.
Pour the solidified jelly into another clean bowl or dish and scrape it into thin strips with jelly powder or a knife. Seasoning: Homemade chopped pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, chopped peanuts or cooked sesame seeds, add coriander and chopped green onion as you like.
Tips:
1. Strictly control the ratio of pea flour to water according to the instructions of the store. What I bought is 1:6, 1 part of flour + 1 part of water, mix thoroughly, add 5 parts of water and cook.
2. Place the cooked powder at room temperature for 6-8 hours, not in the refrigerator! Don't stamp it! The powder in the refrigerator becomes hard and breaks easily.
3. One cup of pea flour makes 2 plates of jelly. The amount is more, you can try to make half a cup of pea flour.
