Dongling K30a Mochi
1.
Except for the butter and chocolate beans, the other ingredients are mixed to form a dough, which can be kneaded with a whisk or by hand. The dough is smoother and not as sticky at the beginning.
2.
Add the butter and continue to knead until it doesn't stick to your hands.
3.
Divide the dough in two and add chocolate beans to one part
4.
Mix well, then knead the dough a little bit chewy
5.
Each is divided into about 15 grams, or 20 grams. Larger mochi tastes better. I like to make smaller ones, which will be harder and chewy.
6.
Knead round and put it in the baking tray, slightly flatten
7.
Put it into the Dongling K30A oven, adjust to function 1, set the time for 25 minutes, the temperature of the upper tube is 180, and the temperature of the lower tube is 160. If the color is too deep, it is too hard to adjust the temperature of the upper tube to 175
8.
The little cute mochi is coming out~
Tips:
I use Dongling k-30A electric oven
