Dormitory Recipe: Potato Stew

Cut the potatoes into pieces and pass water. Cut pork into pieces. Cut the garlic.

Heat oil, add minced garlic, add a few pieces of fat pork and stir-fry to get the oil.

Add the potatoes and fry for a minute or two to make the surface slightly golden, add a little sugar, and stir-fry until cooked.

Stir-fry the pork twice together, and simmer in a covered pan.

Beat gorgon juice. Soy sauce, starch, sugar, salt, and a small amount of water are mixed together to make gorgon juice and pour it into the pot. Cover the pan and simmer until the juice is collected.

Tips:
If you have southern milk, it's best with southern milk! This dish can be fried for a few more meals, and it will be more delicious if it is stirred overnight!
