Double Beans with Fungus

Tofu cut into strips

Boil the fungus in boiling water

The bean sprouts should also be boiled.

Put all in a pot, add dried chili shreds and cooked sesame seeds on top

Tips:
Boil the bean sprouts in boiling water, cut the dried tofu into small strips, and blanch the fungus with boiling water. Put all in a pot, add dried chili shreds, cooked sesame salt, pour hot oil on the chili shreds, pour in light soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir. The fast hand dishes are also delicious.
