Double Pepper Potato Shreds

Two medium-sized potatoes are peeled and shredded, and then the shredded potatoes are washed twice in clean water to remove the starch and control water for later use.

Mince ginger and garlic.

Shred the pepper.

Heat the pot, add some cooking oil, add minced ginger and garlic, and stir fry the peppercorns until fragrant.

Add potato shreds and chili shreds and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Stir fry until the potato shreds are soft and add a teaspoon of salt to taste.
7.
Then add a teaspoon of chicken bouillon and a teaspoon of light soy sauce to taste, stir evenly to get out of the pot.
