Mix glutinous rice with appropriate amount of black glutinous rice, wash and soak overnight, drain the next day, add salt, five-spice powder, and white sugar, mix well and set aside. Soak the peanuts, mung beans, red beans, and green watercress in water. Peel the pork belly and cut into 1 cm thin slices. Add sugar, five-spice powder, soy sauce and salt, mix well and marinate for 4 hours. Soak the shiitake mushrooms, slice them, and fry them with oil to taste. The dried radishes, sliced into rong, and dried shrimps are also fragrant and set aside. The chestnuts are marinated with white sugar and brown sugar over water and set aside. The garlic is peeled and cut in half, and the sausage is also sliced. The bamboo leaves and zongsheng are first soaked in cold water and then boiled for disinfection. The basic work is ready. It is not difficult but it takes a long time~

I first filled the tip with three kinds of beans, then added a spoonful of glutinous rice, and filled all the ingredients in the right amount. In the middle, finally fill the bag with glutinous rice~

In the end, I boiled in 8 bundles of electric rice cookers for about 25~30 minutes before they are out of the pot. Be careful.

The finished product looks like this. Because black rice is added, it's a bit purple. If you like salty taste, you can eat it directly. If you like sweet taste, you can boil white sugar and brown sugar with a little water and boil it into a paste. Remember to keep stirring on a low heat during the process. After turning off the heat, add a little soy sauce. Add it according to your personal taste~ If you can't finish it, put it in the refrigerator. Steam it again when you eat it. Don't cook it again, otherwise the glutinous rice will be too soft. Up.
Tips:
After the glutinous rice is soaked, you can use a wok to stir fragrantly on a low heat. Pay attention to the low heat. Pay attention to the fact that glutinous rice is easy to fry.
