Dragon Head Fish Stewed Soft Tofu
1.
Remove the guts and wash the dragon head fish.
2.
Cut the fat beans into large pieces.
3.
Put water in the box and soak the tofu.
4.
Put a little oil in the pot, stir fragrant ginger, green onion, garlic slices, and put a little Hainan yellow bell pepper sauce.
5.
Add the fish, shake the wok, and add a little organic soy sauce.
6.
Add a little water, about 40 grams. Don't have too much water, add salt and sugar.
7.
Remove the water from the tofu in the pot, pour it into the pot, and simmer on medium-low heat for about 7 or 8 minutes after boiling
8.
Depending on the amount of soup, decide the time to harvest the juice. After serving, sprinkle chives and crushed sweet peppers on top for garnish.
Tips:
Don't add too much water in between, because fish and tofu contain a lot of water. If you don’t have Hainan’s bell pepper, you can use chopped pepper instead.
