Tips:
1. The skin of the dragon fruit is not well removed. I really don't want to remove it. You can clean it.
2. There is more mucus in the pitaya peel. Use light salt water to clean it. You need to absorb the excess water to avoid affecting the taste of the salad.
3. I used Chinese vinaigrette, which can be mixed with my favorite salad dressing.
