Dried Peanuts
1.
Cut the bamboo shoots into large pieces and pick the peanuts clean;
2.
Peanuts are washed and soaked for half an hour;
3.
Start to cook in one pot;
4.
Light soy sauce and old soy sauce, fennel and Laoganma put it in the pot;
5.
Boil on high fire;
6.
After boiling for 1 hour, the peanuts are broken and the soup is drained to bloom. Remember to leave the remaining soup and don’t pour it;
7.
Spread it into a baking tray or a bamboo sieve, and start basking hard, don’t be afraid of tanning! 😂
8.
After two or three days of exposure, remember to flip it halfway through;
9.
Re-use the remaining soup back to the oven, collect the juice and re-dry;
10.
For this amount, I cooked 2 large pots and just dried 2 baking pans;
11.
Finished! ✌️
12.
Casual snacks, side dishes with alcohol ~ first choice! 👍
Tips:
There are many bamboo shoots in the local area. There are many ways to cook dried peanuts. I just restored my mother's taste! I have cooked it many times in the past with salt and dried it in the sun, but this time I did not add salt. The bamboo shoots are fresh and slightly spicy. I prefer savoury and fresh, and you can cook it with brown sugar if you like sweetness. 🤝
