Dried Pork [good Companion for Snacks When Traveling]
1.
Prepare the ingredients. The minced meat I bought in the supermarket is more delicate than the minced meat at the vegetable farm; so there is no need to chop it again. If the minced meat is not delicate enough, the roasted minced meat will not taste good, and the minced meat can be finely chopped at home if it is not delicate enough.
2.
Put fish sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, cooking sake, salt and sugar in the minced meat and stir well.
3.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour.
4.
Put a piece of tin foil in the baking pan and brush with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking; remove the tin foil from the baking pan and place it on the tabletop.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of the marinated minced meat into tin foil, and cover the surface with plastic wrap.
6.
Slightly flatten the minced meat with the palm of your hand.
7.
Then use a rolling pin to roll into thin slices, the thickness must be uniform.
8.
After the minced meat is flattened, remove the plastic wrap, and then shape the uneven minced meat on the side.
9.
Add honey to 1 tablespoon of water and stir well.
10.
Brush the surface of the minced meat with honey water.
11.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
12.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake the middle layer for 15 minutes, then take out the other side of the inverted button and brush with honey water, and continue to bake for 15 minutes until it is colored.
Tips:
-Don't put too much soy sauce, otherwise the color is too dark.
-After roasting, cut off the charred pork with scissors.
