Dried Pork with Green Pepper and Bamboo Shoots

1. Dried bamboo shoots are cut short and soak in water.

2. Wash the pork and slice it.

3. Wash the green peppers and cut into pieces.

4. Start the frying pan and fry the pork.

5. Add dried bamboo shoots and stir fry.

6. Add green peppers and stir fry together.

7. Add some salt in moderation.

8. Then add some water and stir fry.
