Dried Pork with Leek and Tofu

Wash the pork, cut into shreds, use appropriate amount of salt, starch, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and marinate for a while

Dry tofu and cut into strips

Cut off the head and tail of the leek moss, wash and cut into small pieces

Wash the millet spicy and shred

After the wok is heated, pour some oil into it and heat; add the shredded pork and stir fry until the color turns white

Tips:
1. When frying the dried tofu, add salt and chicken essence to make the dried tofu delicious;
2. When the leek moss is put in the pot, stir fry a few times on high heat.
