The north is now the season when Chinese cabbage and radish are in charge. This dried radish stew is considered a seasonal dish, so I posted it and shared it with everyone.

Ingredients

1. Prepare the ingredients and seasonings used

2. Dry the radishes and wash them repeatedly with clean water. (If the salted radishes are dry, soak most of the salt,) wash until the radishes are dry and soft, squeeze the water for use

3. Dice meat, cut shallots and dried chili into sections, and shred ginger

4. Pick up the frying pan, after the oil is hot, add the diced pork and stir fry

5. After the fat is cooked and the oil is released, add the star anise, red pepper, ginger and green onion

6. Stir fry until fragrant

7. Add the washed dried radishes and stir fry for 2 minutes

8. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and continue to stir fry for a while; add hot water that has not dried the radishes, and after the high heat boils, turn to medium heat and simmer

9. When the soup has collected all the oil, add MSG and leave the pot.
