Dried Shredded Tofu with Onion

1. Cut the dried tofu into 8 cm long and 2 mm wide strips. This depends on personal preference. I divided the whole dried tofu into 4 equal parts lengthwise.

2. Prepare accessories

3. Cut the onion into shreds. There is a knock on the door. First, cut half of the onion into two, and cut into shreds along the end face. It is almost more than half. Change the direction and continue to cut.

4. Boil the dried tofu shreds in boiling water for about one minute, remove and drain the water.

5. Tofu shreds with too cold boiling water and draining water

6. You can mix it with sesame oil, pepper, oil and salt in advance

7. Onion shreds cover the dried tofu shreds

8. Shredded green onions, minced garlic, and peppercorns (Huang Feihong's peanut seasoning is not wasted)
