Dried Tofu Shreds

1. Dried tofu is rich in thick or thin, whichever is fine

2. The following seasonings are measured according to this spoon. One green pepper, sesame pepper, and Chinese pepper are all one tablespoon. One slice of ginger, three cloves of garlic, and a small piece of carrot. The carrots I bought came from the farm. They were very fresh and very sweet, so I added more. If you can use less for embellishment, decide by yourself

3. Shred dried tofu, carrots, green peppers, and mince garlic

4. Add a tablespoon of oil, and three tablespoons will do. Heat on medium heat, put sesame pepper, Chinese pepper, ginger slices on low heat, and turn off the heat when the fragrant is fried

Tips:

Fried sesame pepper and Chinese pepper, the taste is very good. Turn off the heat if it tastes out slowly, it doesn’t matter if it gets a little mushy.
If it is troublesome, add sesame oil directly, add a little sugar to the vegetables as you like, and season it
