Dried White Radish in Cold Dressing

Wash half a white radish and remove the dirty part on the outer skin

Cut into quarters

Cut into thin slices of 0.5 to 1 cm

Sprinkle 1 gram of salt in the sliced radish and mix well by hand

Take about 20 minutes to drain away the water

Put in 2 grams of sugar

Prepare 2 pickled red peppers and half a sharp pepper

Tips:
1. Pickling white radish with sugar, mainly to remove the spiciness of the radish. If you like to eat spicy, you can use chili oil to make the sauce;
2. Bake at a low temperature in an oven to remove moisture as soon as possible. It can also be dried on a radiator, but the time will be longer.
