Dried White Radish in Cold Dressing

Wash half a white radish and remove the dirty part on the outer skin;

Tips:
Pickling white radish with white sugar is mainly to remove the spiciness of radish. If you like to eat spicy, you can use chili oil to make the sauce. Low-temperature baking in an oven is to remove the moisture as soon as possible. It can also be dried on a radiator, but it will take a little longer.
