Drunk Ribs

Slice fresh pork ribs and cook in a pressure cooker. Put some salt and cooking wine to marinate for half an hour. Put in starch and grab evenly. Heat the pan to get oil. Put the ribs and blast over medium heat.

Fry until golden on both sides, control the oil and set aside.

All the spices are mixed into a bowl of juice.

Leave a little oil in the pan. Add garlic. Ginger slices. Saute the sliced green onions.

Add the fried ribs and stir fry over medium heat.

Pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry evenly. Lift the pot and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Since the ribs need to be cooked first, so fry them for a few minutes.
Tips:
If there is no sweet potato starch, use ordinary starch. Sweet potato starch flavor will be more unique.
