Dry-boiled Red Shrimp

1. Thaw the red prawns at room temperature, clean them, cut off the prawn silks, and remove the prawn threads

2. Finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic; put a little oil in the pot

3. Add the red shrimp when it is 50% hot, fry on both sides, add garlic and minced ginger after 5 minutes, continue to fry until it is nine mature
