Dry Fried Oyster Mushroom

We wash the fresh oyster mushrooms we bought with running water. Then tear long strips by hand from top to bottom. Cook with water and add a little salt to the noodles.

To squeeze the oyster mushrooms out of moisture, we will put them on a large plate for a while to control the moisture.
