I bought the cowpea and wanted to stir-fry it, but it happened that the child rarely came back and made fried chicken drumsticks; while the oil was hot, he simply took the cowpea out of the oil pan, and put two small Hangzhou peppers and garlic slices. I made this dry stir-fried dish; inadvertently it also suits children's taste~~~

Dry Stir-fried Cowpeas

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash both ends of fresh cowpea

3. Cut 1.5 inches long

4. After the oil is heated, add the cowpeas

5. Fry until soft and discolored and remove

6. Put oil in another pot, stir in chives, garlic and chili flakes

7. Pour the deep-fried cowpea

8. Fire, add salt

9. Drip a little soy sauce and stir fry quickly

10. Sprinkle a little MSG, fry a few times and turn off the heat

Tips:

1. Choose cowpeas that are fresh and tight
2. It is best to soak it in Taoyu water or light salt water for a while before eating
3. If frying is too much trouble, you can also put more oil and stir for a longer time
4. Cowpea is not easy to taste, you can put a little more salt than other dishes
