Dry Stir-fried Silkworm Pupa

1. Take a plate of silkworm chrysalis.

2. Boil in water for 15 minutes, and be sure to cook.

3. Cut the boiled silkworm pupa in half with scissors, and remove the black heart inside.

4. Add appropriate amount of salt, thirteen spices, white wine, light soy sauce, starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
