Dry Stir-fried Silkworm Pupa

1. Buy fresh yellow silkworm chrysalis

2. Boil the water, add a little salt, and cook the noodles for about 5 minutes.

3. Soak in cold water for a while and cut open to remove internal organs.

4. Dip the knife cut noodles in starch

5. Scallion, ginger and garlic

6. Pepper, red dried pepper.

7. Heat the oil and fry the silkworm chrysalis until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.

8. Leave a little base oil and add the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, and red hot pepper until fragrant.
