Duck Bone Soup with White Radish and Red Dates

Wash the red dates and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.

Put red dates and duck bones in a pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

Peel the white radish and wash it.

Cut the white radish into hob pieces.

Cook until the soup turns white, and the white radish is cooked in the pot.

Cook until the white radish is cooked, add salt and monosodium glutamate.
7.
Stir well and turn off the heat, add pepper.

Stir well and serve.
Tips:
1. Wash the soaked red dates again before putting them into the pot. 2. Choose condiments according to personal taste.
