1. Ingredients: potato vermicelli, cabbage (washed and cut), duck eggs

2. Unpack the potato vermicelli, put it in a fresh-keeping box and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, and fry the duck eggs on both sides.

4. Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

5. Then, add the soaked potato vermicelli and cabbage to a boil.

6. Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

7. Add the right amount of salt.
