Duck Egg Soup with Minced Meat
1.
Wash lean meat and chop into minced meat, peel off ginger, wash and cut into thin slices

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and stir to disperse
3.
Drain the oil and salt
4.
Knock in two duck eggs and steam them in the pot.
Tips:
The meatloaf will be cooked when it comes up, about twenty minutes or so.
