Duck Feet with Mustard and Cucumber

Soak and wash the duck feet.

The blanched duck feet cut the middle with a knife.

Wash the cucumbers and set aside.

Cut a cucumber and minced garlic with a flower knife.

Freshly fried chili oil and mustard oil.

Put the duck feet and cucumbers into a scalded clean bowl, add sesame oil, a few drops of mustard oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken essence and mix until evenly.
