Dumpling Tofu

A few pieces of tofu

First cut the tofu into a bowl, add refined salt and marinate for 1 hour.

Dice the pepper and cut the green onion into sections.

Heat oil in a pot, turn off the heat and add the marinated tofu
5.
Slowly fry, brown on both sides.
6.
Stir in the dark soy sauce
7.
Pour in the diced chili and stir fry evenly.
8.
Stir fry evenly.
9.
Add in water and boil the juice
10.
Finally add chives, seasoning, chicken essence
11.
Serve out of the pot.
