Ingredients:
A few pieces of tofu, 2 chili peppers, a little green onion
Refined salt, blended oil, dark soy sauce, fresh seasoning, chicken essence,
process:
1. Cut the tofu into a bowl, add refined salt and marinate for 1 hour.
2. Dice the pepper and cut the green onion into sections.
3. Heat oil in a pot, turn off the heat and add the marinated tofu.
4. Slowly fry, fry yellow on both sides.
5. Stir in the dark soy sauce and stir well.
6. Pour in the diced chili and stir fry evenly.
7. Add water and boil to collect the juice.
8. Finally, add chives, seasoning fresh, and the chicken essence is ready. "
