Dumplings

Today’s time is limited, so I just bought the prepared skins. You can make your own noodles. Mix the noodles with warm water and wake up for an hour before you can use them.

Chopped carrots, finely chopped shrimps, it doesn’t matter if the sweet shrimps are on the skin, they are more chewy, mix together

Wash the fennel and chop the lean meat together, and chop it well, add salt and light soy sauce while chopping it to make it more delicious

Finely chop wood ear mushrooms and zucchini, mix together and set aside

Boil the dumplings with hot water in the pot and add cold water to the pot. After three times, the dumplings will float and they will be cooked.

The cooking heat is a bit too big, and the vegetarian dishes are not easy to pack too much stuffing, so it’s a little bit squat after cooking.
