The hallway smelled of leeks, so I wanted to eat dumplings stuffed with leeks, and often reflexively went to make dumplings. I really like the leek filling, simple, easy to match, attractive in color and delicious.

Dumplings Stuffed with Sea Rice, Chives and Goose

1. Add the flour to the right amount of water and make a dough

2. Pick and wash leeks to control moisture

3. Soak sea rice for 10 minutes, wash and chop. Finely chop the leeks, add appropriate amount of oil, and mix well

4. Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, beat the goose eggs, add a little water to the pan and fry until it is cooked, and stir the chopped pieces while frying

5. Add fried goose eggs, sea rice, salt and five-spice powder to the leeks

6. Mix well

7. Make dumplings

8. Cook dumplings

9. Out of the pot.

Tips:

1. Mix the leeks with oil, it will not be easy to get water after adding salt.
2. To cook dumplings, I usually boil the pot under water, boil it and pour it with cold water, then boil it and pour it again. It will be OK when it is boiled for the third time!
