Dumplings Stuffed with Sea Rice, Chives and Goose

Add the flour to the right amount of water and make a dough

Pick and wash leeks to control moisture

Soak sea rice for 10 minutes, wash and chop. Finely chop the leeks, add appropriate amount of oil, and mix well

Tips:
1. Mix the leeks with oil, it will not be easy to get water after adding salt.
2. To cook dumplings, I usually boil the pot under water, boil it and pour it with cold water, then boil it and pour it again. It will be OK when it is boiled for the third time!
