Dumplings with Cowpea and Pork Stuffing

The first step: make noodles. Add 1/4 bowl of water to half a bowl of flour, stir with chopsticks to form a fluffy dough, knead it into a smooth dough, cover the basin with plastic wrap and let it stand for 40 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the stuffing. Prepare pork stuffing, cowpea, shiitake mushrooms, green onion and ginger.
