Durian Pizza

Put bread flour, salt, white sugar, and yeast in a basin.

Add water and stir until flocculent, then add olive oil.

Make a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1 hour.

Prepare durian meat, condensed milk, and mozzarella cheese.

The durian flesh is pitted, pressed into a puree, put in the condensed milk, and mixed evenly.

Take out the fermented dough and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Roll into a round cake. Spread butter on the baking tray (the butter is not in the recipe), place the dough on the baking tray, and gently push with your fingers to make small holes at the bottom of the pizza base with a thin middle and thick edges to prevent bulging.

Put a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Put a layer of durian puree.
10.
Put another layer of mozzarella cheese.
11.
Put it in the preheated oven and heat up and down to 200 degrees for 16 minutes.

Finished picture. The sweet durian pizza is ready, and it’s good to eat while it’s hot.
Tips:
1. Durian can be used without condensed milk.
