Easy Chicken Feet
1.
Cut off the toenails of the chicken feet and wash them clean. For chicken feet, use this kind of short rod, not the kind of long rod.
2.
Prepare the ingredients. I use millet pepper instead of chopped pepper, coriander instead of green onion, and lemon instead of green orange.
3.
Start cooking the chicken feet in a pot under cold water, add the pepper to remove the fishy. After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
4.
Pick up the cooked chicken feet and soak in ice water for at least 10 minutes.
5.
It is best if you have garlic mortar. I was looking for a deep bowl, put ginger and garlic, and the small green oranges were halved and dried, and smashed with a rolling pin for a while to mash the garlic and ginger.
6.
Add the chicken feet and pound them with a rolling pin for a while. The chicken feet should be pounded until the bones become loose. In fact, there is another way to chop with the back of a knife, which should be stronger than a rolling pin.
7.
Add salt.
8.
Add chopped pepper and mix well.
9.
Taste the saltiness and add some light soy sauce and vinegar. I added 3 little green oranges.
10.
Finally, mix them well and you can eat.
Tips:
