Easy Claypot Rice

Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour.

Brush oil in a small iron pan, add rice, add 1 knuckle of water, add a few drops of salad oil, and turn the heat to a low heat.

Crispy sausage slices, carrot slices.

Place carrots and crispy sausage when large bubbles appear on the surface of the rice.
5.
Beat in the eggs and continue to cook with the lid until there is a crackling sound. Turn off the heat.

Add sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and chopped green onion to the bowl, mix well, and pour it on the claypot.
