Easy Hand-rolled Sushi

1. Ingredients to be prepared: avocado, smoked salmon with eggs, carrots, mustard

2. Blanch the eggs into omelets and shred them. Other ingredients are also shredded.

3. Prepare rice and sushi vinegar.

4. Take a piece of seaweed and place the rice mixed with sushi vinegar on the seaweed.

5. Spread the rice evenly.

6. Put all the ingredients on the rice.

8. Rolled sushi rolls.
