Easy Oven Creamy Pancakes

First boil the corn kernels and peas kernels in water. The peas kernels should be boiled for a longer time. You can put the peas and cook for a while, then put the corn kernels, so that the child will be easier to digest.

In order to prevent the batter from being too loose, it should not be too thin when stirring in the previous step. Put it in the oven, 210 Degree, bake for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, the pancake is turned over. If it is not easy to turn, you can cut into small pieces and turn it over, brush with a thin layer of oil, and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes. You can do other things when you put it in the oven.
